RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Paella - Wok / EOC
6 cups of rice, 4 cups of chicken stock
2 cups of tomato sauce, 2 small onions
1 red pepper (garnish)
1 cup of peas (garnish)
3 chorizo sausages
1 lb. of shrimp, 12 mussels
1 tsp saffron (dissolved),
1 pinch of pepper, 1 pinch of paprika
Put all ingredients into Wok or EOC, cover, turn heat to medium, when clicking starts turn to low and cook for 1 hour.
