Ingredients
2 pieces Sea Bass
6 cm piece ginger - cut into thin long slices
2 stalks spring onions - chopped finely
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Chinese Cooking wine
Method:
Marinate Sea Bass with 1 tsp salt for 10 minutes. Place Sea Bass into pan and put ginger slices and spring onions on top of Sea Bass. Add wine and cover lid. Turn heat to medium and when vapour valve clicks, turn to low for 6 minutes.
