Fried Boneless Chicken Legs

      Electric Oil Core Skillet.
      20 minutes cooking time
      Serves: 6 - 8 adults
      Ingredients
      6 - 8 Boneless chicken legs
      1 tsp Salt
      1 tbsp White Pepper

      Marinate chicken legs with salt and pepper. Preheat oil skillet at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Place chicken leg skin down first and fry for 10 minutes. Optional: cover with paper towel to prevent splattering. Flip and fry second side for 10 minutes.
