Utensils: Saladmaster Machine, # 2 cone, Electric Oil Core Skillet or skillet
Ingredients:
6 Medium Potatoes
2 eggs
1 small onion
2 tblsp flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
Cut whole potatoes using # 2 cone, rinse well and drain to remove starch. Cut onion using same cone and add to potato. Add 2 beaten eggs and rest of the ingredients to mixture, combine well.
Preheat EOC or skillet to medium. Add mixture to skillet by tablespoons. Cook until edges brown and you can easily flip using a metal spatula and cook till done.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can enjoy them whenever you like and not worry about having to fry them in oil.
